DNS lookup
See the A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS and CAA records of any domain at once — handy for mail setup (SPF/DMARC), certificate issuance (CAA) and migrations.
How the lookup works
Queries go to public recursive resolvers (Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 and Google 8.8.8.8), so you see what the internet sees — not a cached internal view.
A/AAAA include the remaining TTL. TXT records are joined from their chunks, which makes long SPF or DKIM entries readable.
Recently changed records can differ between resolvers until the old TTL has expired.
+Why is there no A record but a CNAME?
A name with a CNAME points to another name; its addresses are the addresses of the CNAME target. Resolvers follow the chain automatically.
+What is a CAA record?
CAA records specify which certificate authorities may issue certificates for the domain (e.g. letsencrypt.org). No CAA record means any CA may issue.
+My change is not visible yet — why?
Resolvers cache answers for the TTL of the old record. Wait until the TTL has expired, then check again.
+Is the DNS lookup free?
Yes, without an account. There is a small per-IP rate limit to prevent abuse.
